Care Instructions:
Plot
Printing (Flex/Flock)
Designed
not to fade, Plot printing materials are of the highest quality
material. To ensure you get the most out of your printed products(s),
please be sure to follow the recommended care instructions.
Please
Note: when you get your shirt you my notice slight discoloration
around the graphic image. This is due to the process we use
to apply the print. The heat process draws the moisture out
of the shirt. Most of the time it has faded out before you recieve
it. This will clear up once you wash the shirt.
1.
Item should be washed inside out and set on gentle machine cycle
with cold water. Our shirts are not pre-washed, so 100% cotton
and 50/50 blend shirts will shrink some when washed.
2.
When drying: Tumble dry on low heat. To avoid possible shrinkage
lay flat or hang to dry.
3.
To maintain the life of the design, items should be ironed inside
out on low heat without steam.
4.
We recommend that you know what size garment you need. Wearing
undersized shirts or stretching them to fit could affect the
life of the design and cause cracking and peeling.
5.
You can dry clean this shirt, but will shorten the life of the
design.
The material
we use is for cotton, polyester, acrylic and similar fibers.
EnduraTex HotMark 70 is a matte polyurethane heat transfer flex
material that is very thin, soft and stretchable. This material
can withstand dry cleaning. When you wash and dry do not exceed
temperatures of 180°F.
With proper
care this fabric imprinting method will last just as long as
screen printing. As with everything even solid rock will wear
away with time and abuse.
